Ensure seal tightness by tightening the screw with the tool specified above.
The connection of the other end of the pipeline to the gas connection pipe on the appli-
ance is carried out using a double taper ring screw.
The screw must be inserted onto the pipe with the double taper ring until approximately
1 mm before the limit stop.
Use a wrench (SW 17 mm) to tighten the screw. Another wrench
(SW 14 mm) must always be held against the force in order to
assure the seal on the screw. The connection of the pressure regu-
lation device to the gas bottle is made by screwing the connection
on the pressure regulation device
to the connection stopper on the gas bottle by hand.
Caution! Left-hand thread.
No tool may be used here. After the connection is made all gas-be-
aring parts that are under operating pressure must be checked for
seal tightness as described above.
