COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS
The monior is designed or programmable magnec bikes and inrodu-
ced with the following categories:
- Key Funcons
- Abou Displays
- Operang Ranges
- Things You Should Know Beore Exercising
- Operaon Insrucons
Swich on:
1. Insert the adapter into wall power and adapter connector into the
socke o device. A signal one sounds rom compuer and all LCD
display segmens appear or 2 seconds and are se o 00.
or
2. The adaper is already in conneced and he device has swiched o
auomacally. By pressing any key - or a leas one pedal urn he com-
puer swiches on auomacally.
Turn o:
As soon as he device is no operaed or longer han approx. 4 minu-
es, he compuer swiches o auomacally. Aer raining, pull ou
the adapter from wall power.
KEYS
„START/STOP" : Sars or sops he program chosen. And, reses he
monior by pressing and holding or 2 seconds.
„F" : Chooses or eners he uncons rom PROGRAMS, TIME, DISTAN-
CE, WATT, CAL, TARGET HEART RATE, AGE, and 10 columns. The chosen
uncon shall ash. Please noe ha no all he uncons can be selec-
ed in every program according o he ypes o each program. During
exercise, press he F-key o display he uncons RPM, was and calo-
ries or speed, me and disance permanenly or alernaely.
UP+: Selecs or increases he values o PROGRAMS, TIME, DISTANCE,
WATT, CAL., TARGET HEART RATE, AGE, and 10 columns.
DOWN: Selecs or decreases he values o PROGRAMS, TIME, DIS-
TANCE, WATT, CAL., TARGET HEART RATE, AGE, and 10 columns.
RECOVERYTEST: Sars he uncon o PULSE RECOVERY.

PROGRAM:
Indicaes he programs seleced rom PROGRAM 1 o PROGRAM 21
LEVEL:
Indicaes he level o loading seleced rom LEVEL 1 o LEVEL 24.
TIME/ WATT :
Indicaes Time or Wa alernaely or permanenly by pressing he
F-key. The me shows minues and seconds. I prese, me couns
downwards. Minimum prese 5Min. Range 5-99Min. The acually
power display show in Wa. Prese range 30-350Wa only in Wa
program P16.
RPM/SPEED/KMH:
Indicaes RPM or Speed alernaely or permanenly by pressing he
F-key. The RPM display shows he cycle urnings per minue. The speed
display show kilomeers per hour.
DIST/CAL:
Indicaes Disance or Calorie alernaely or permanenly by pressing he
F-key. The disance display show kilomeer. Prese range 1-999km.
I prese disance couns downwards. The calories display shows kcal.
Minimum prese 10kcal. Prese range 10-990.
KM Toal ODO:
The disance in km o all raining unis is displayed. I is no possible o
speciy. The ODO display can be rese o zero a any me. To do his,
press he F-key and he Sar / Sop-key a once or 2 seconds.
PULSE :
Indicaes he acually pulse hear rae. The whole se o hear rae de-
tector include 2 sensors each side. Each sensor has 2 pieces of me-
al pars. The correc way o ge deeced is o genly hold boh meal
parts each hand.
Wih he good signals picked up by he compuer, he hear mark in
he HEART RATE Display shall ash. Range 60-240bpm. I a pulse upper
limi is specied, he display ashes when he prese value is reached.
TARGET H.R.:
Indicaes only one value o TARGET HEART RATE.
LOADING Profles:
There are 10 columns o loading bars, and 8 bars in each column. Each
column represens 1 minue workou (wihou he change o TIME va-
lue), and each bar represens 3 levels o loading.
Program Graph:
Each graph shown is he prole o he loading in each inerval
(column). Wih he value o TIME counng up, each inerval is 3 minue
ha all he columns make up 30 minues. Wih he value o TIME coun-
ng down, each inerval is he value o seup TIME divided by 10. For
example, i he me value is seup o 40 minues, each inerval will be
40 minues divided by 10 inervals (40/10=4). Then, each inerval will
be 4 minues. The ollowing graphs are all he proles in he monior.
