• Ensure that the towers are not under pressure and disconnect the dryer from the
system.
• Unscrew the bleed plug.
• Fully remove the adsorbent from the towers.
• Screw on the bleed plug.
• Unscrew the filling plug.
• Fill both towers with original adsorbent, as per table 2.1
• Screw on the filling plug.
• Carry out the start-up procedure as for the first start-up, as per point 4.2.

Solution
The voltage of the power supply line, the state of
fuses and the main switch should be inspected.
Replace the electronic circuit board.
Check for signals being output to solenoid valves.
Replace, if necessary.
Replace the electronic circuit board.
Remove injector / silencer.
Purge with compressed air. Replace, if necessary.
Remove injector / silencer. Clean away dirt / oil
/ dust.
Check for signals being output to solenoid valves.
Replace, if necessary.
The voltage of the power supply line, the state of
fuses and the main switch should be inspected.
Replace the electronic circuit board.
Remove the intake valve and check the free play
of the bypass washer.
