Foods spillages
Wipe off as much as possible with a damp cloth,
then remove the rest with the scraper.
Finish by cleaning with "Sidol for stainless steel" or
"Stahlfix",
Sugar, plastic or aluminium
Sugar, sugary foods, aluminium or plastic objects
may melt when they come in contact with the hot
surface of the hob.
To avoid damaging the hob surface, keep away
from the hob everything which might melt.
However, remove burnt sugar or melted plastic
deposits immediately - while still hot - with the
scraper.
Finish by cleaning with "Sidol for stainless steel",
"Stahlfix" or "Cera-fix",

Sand grains
Grains or sand which may fall onto the hob from
potatoes or salad vegetables can cause scratches if
drawn across the hob beneath the cooking pots.
Hob frame
Remove immediately any spots or spillages.
Clean the frame with a soft cloth and a detergent
without abrasives.
Do not use abrasive or corrosive products.
Do not use abrasive sponges.
