General information
Dear customer,
This user manual contains a description of the product and important guidances to ensure a correct and
safe usage of the product. It is important prior to use to read this manual carefully. It is especially
important to read the safety requirements and follow these.
We continuously develop our products and we reserve the right without further notice to change the
specifications and functions of products.
Purpose of the product
The Mobilex Sliding Sheets are medical device which will assist the caregiver for repositioning the patient
in multiple directions such as turning in bed or lateral transfer from one surface to another i.e. bed to
stretcher. Any other use is prohibited.
Note:Sliding sheets are designed for low friction positioning or repositioning directly on the surface and
not for lifting.

Safety requirements
Make sure that this user manual is read by all persons using the device. Manufacturer doesn't take

any responsibility for damages and/or injuries, caused by the fact that the user manual has not
been followed.
Only use the product in flawless condition.

Follow the information on the product label.

Only use the product for the described purpose.
●
Avoid making constructive changes on the device, unless you have the manufacturer's written

acceptance for such modifications.
Always check that the label is readable and that the product is in good condition without signs of

tear and wear such as loose seams, frays, and material inconsistency.
Do not leave the product unattended on the floor, a person may accidentally step on it with the
●
risk of injury.
Warning! Do not use the product if defects, errors or deterioration is detected.

Contact immediately your dealer.
Before and after every use
1. Always perform a risk assessment before starting the specific repositioning session in order to
make sure the product model is correct and that the procedure is fully understood.
2. Before using the product, read this IFU and the IFU for any additional equipment used.
3. When soiled or stained the product must be replaced or washed according to the product label.
4. After use, check the product according to the step 1 and 3 above and store in a dry area.
Product care, Service and Maintenance
The product shall be checked by authorized personnel every 6 months.
Customer support/Trouble shooting
If reduced sliding effect, please check if the washing or drying temperature has been too high or if the
product has actually reached its lifetime. In doubt please contact your dealer who supplied the product.
Always follow the instructions on the product label and check the product for deterioration.
