Application
Can be used in conjunction with:
• Pressurised storage heaters
• Thermally-controlled instantaneous heaters
• Hydraulically-controlled instantaneous heaters
Operation with unpressurised storage heaters (open water
heaters) is not possible.
Safety notes
• Installation is only possible in frost-free rooms.
• Use only genuine replacement parts and accessories.
The use of other parts will result in voiding of the warranty
and the CE identification.

• Flow pressure:
- min.
- recommended
• Operating pressure:
• Test pressure:
If static pressures exceed 0.5 MPa, a pressure-reducing valve
must be installed.
Avoid major pressure differences between hot and cold water
supply.
• Flow rate at 0.3 MPa flow pressure:
• Hot water supply temperature:
Recommended (energy economy):

Installation
Flush pipes thoroughly before and after installation
(observe EN 806).
Fitting
Refer to the dimensional drawings on fold-out page I Fig. [1].
Fasten fitting to wash basin, see Figs. [2].
Connection, see Fig. [3] and [4].
Connecting the voltage supply, see Fig. [5] and [6].
Open hot and cold water supply and check that
connections are watertight.
Setting temperature limiter
1. Remove screw (A) and detach lever (B), see Fig. [7].
2. Remove screw (C) and remove temperature limiter (D).
3. Remove feather key from temperature limiter and reinsert in
the desired position. The grooves in the temperature limiter
correspond to the temperatures that can be selected, see
Fig. [8].
Assemble in reverse order.
Operation
The infrared electronics emit invisible, pulsed light.
The sensor system is adjusted so that water flow is initiated
when the hands approach the vicinity of the spout.
When the hands are withdrawn from the vicinity of the spout,
water flow is stopped after 1 s.
The range of the sensor system is dependent upon the
reflective properties of the detected object.
Automatic safety shut-off
After 60 s of continuous detection of an object, the infrared
electronics automatically stop the water flow.
Activating cleaning mode
• Only possible when temporary shutoff is activated
1. Hold finger against the lower area of the sensor system,
see Fig. [9].
Indicator lamp signals:
█████████████████████ ██ ██ ██ ██ ██
2.
Remove finger from the sensor system while
is displayed.
Cleaning mode is active for 3 minutes. The indicator lamp
flashes during this time.
Terminating cleaning mode prematurely
1. Hold finger against the lower area of the sensor system,
see Fig. [9].
