3.6 Limitations on intended use
The In-Mask Display can only display thermal images when it is paired with the
Dräger UCF FireCore thermal imaging camera.

4 Use
4.1 General information for use
– Observe the general information for use of the thermal imaging camera.
– To avoid deep discharge of the battery, charge it immediately after receiving
the In-Mask Display.
– The operating time of any battery is reduced if it is used in environments with
high or very low temperatures.
4.2 Preparations before first use
4.2.1 Fitting the FPS Quick Adapter in the full face mask

The adapter can remain in the full face mask. If it has to be removed, push
one foot of the adapter in the direction of the full face mask and lever the
adapter out of the mask.
4.2.2 Fitting the charging cradle(s)
Prerequisites
– Only use the charging cradles indoors.
– Fit the charging cradles a maximum of 2 metres above the floor.
– For mounting, 4 screws are needed per charging cradle.
