7. Power supply
7.1 Operation by battery (Model 380 and 500)
1. Turn the power switch (8) off
2. Push a compatible battery in the battery mount (4) until it locks.
3. Set the power switch (8) to battery power status <BATTERY>
4. The device is ready for usage
5. After using the light, please power it off
6. Press and hold the battery lock (5) to release the battery
7. Note that for operation of the model 500, two loaded batteries are required.

7.2 Operation with a power supply cable: (Model 380 und 500)
1. Turn the Power Switch (8) off
2. Plug the DC adapter provided into the round socket of the housing (9) and connect
the plug of the power supply unit into the socket of your local power supply
(AC 220-240V/50 Hz)
3. Set the power switch to cable power status <CABLE>
4. The device is ready for usage
5. After using the light, please power it off
NOTE
Compare the local electric power supply with the connection values of the
device. Should the connection values not match, please contact
info@walser.de or phone +49 8432-9489-0.
NOTE
Only connect the power supply unit to an earthed plug.

• After use, disconnect the device from the local power supply by simply pulling out the
mains plug.
• For use with batteries: Insert the charged batteries on the back of the video lamp until
they click into place in the battery compartment.
• Removing the batteries: Press the battery unlock button and pull the batteries out of
the compartment. Remove the batteries after using the device.
NOTE
Only use batteries intended for the device – see technical specifications. After
use remove the batteries from the battery compartment.
8. Operating the device
8.1 Switching the unit on/off
• Switch the device on via the on/off Switch (8).
• After using the device, switch it off via the on/off switch.
NOTE
The light shows no function when the batteries are not sufficiently charged, the
luminous intensity control is set to minimum or none of the four light sectors are
activated.
8.2 Setting brightness (dimmer function)
1. Make sure the power switch (8) is OFF before connecting
the power cable or batteries.
2. Connected with power cable or batteries before turn on the
light.
3. Switch to <BATTERY> if you're using batteries and switch to
<CABLE> if using AC adapter.
4. After turn on the light, you can control the dimming via
dimming knob.
5. Turn the power adjust wheel (12) to set the device to the
desired level of brightness.
6. Twist the knob down from 0% and up to
100% of brightness.
