duktes bzw. dessen Einbau diese Bedie-
nungsanleitung aufmerksam durch.
Das Produkt richtig verwenden
Dieser Leistungsverstärker ist bestimmt
- zum Einbau in Modelleisenbahnanlagen
- zum Betrieb an einem zugelassenen Mo-
dellbahntransformator bzw. an einer damit
versorgten SELECTRIX -kompatiblen
digitalen Modellbahnsteuerung
- zum Betrieb in trockenen Räumen
Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt
als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für hieraus
resultierende Schäden haftet der Hersteller
nicht; das Risiko hierfür trägt allein der Be-
nutzer.
Achtung!
Alle Anschluss- und Montagearbei-
ten sind nur bei abgeschalteter
Betriebsspannung durchzuführen!
Die Stromquellen müssen so abge-
sichert sein, dass es im Falle eines
Kurzschlusses nicht zum Kabel-
brand kommen kann. Verwenden
Sie nur nach VDE/EN gefertigte
Modellbahntransformatoren!
2. Einleitung
Das Power Pack stellt zusätzliche Fahrener-
gie für die Modellbahnanlage bereit. Die Da-
ten hierfür übernimmt das Power Pack aus
der Zentraleinheit über eine spezielle Daten-
leitung, den Power-Bus (Px-Bus).
Die an die Gleise abgegebene Leistung er-
laubt je Power Pack (abhängig von der Tra-
foleistung und der Stromaufnahme der ein-
zelnen Fahrzeuge) das gleichzeitige Fahren
von bis zu 4 H0- bzw. 6 N-Loks. Die digitalen
Daten am Gleis sind identisch mit den Daten
der Zentraleinheit.
Die Programmier-Daten für Loks werden
nicht über das Power Pack an die Gleise
weitergegeben. Die Programmierfunktionen
stehen nur über die an die Zentraleinheit an-
geschlossenen Gleise zur Verfügung.

Using the product for its correct
Purpose
This power amplifier is intended
- for installation in model railway layouts
- for operation with an authorized model rail-
road transformer or a SELECTRIX compa-
tible digital model railroad control system
connected to one
- for operation in a dry area
Using the product for any other purpose is
not approved and is considered incorrect.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsi-
ble for any damage resulting from the im-
proper use of this product; liability in such a
case rests with the user.
Attention!
Make sure that the power supply is
switched off when you mount the
device and connect the wires!
The power sources must be
protected to prevent the risk of
burning wires. Only use VDE/EN
tested special model train
transformers for
the power supply!
2. Introduction
The Power Pack provides additional power
for running trains on your layout. All digital in-
formation is transferred from the Central Unit
via a special data cable, the Power-Bus (Px-
Bus).
Subject to the power rating of the transfor-
mer and the current draw of the locomotives
the Power Pack enables you to run up to 4
H0 or 6 N-gauge locomotives. All digital data
at the track are equal to the data provided by
the Central Unit.
Programming data will not be transferred to
the track via the Power Pack. Programming
can only take place on tracks directly con-
nected to the Central Unit.
Up to 20 Power Packs may be connected to
