or for subsequent possessors.
Description
These mounting instructions describe the
installation of the attachment set spray suc-
tion into a B 80 W.
Safety instructions
Assembly must be carried out by a
–
qualified specialist.
Empty the fresh water tank and waste
–
water reservoir.
Turn off the appliance and disconnect
–
the battery.
Mounting instructions
 The assembly and disassembly of ap-
pliance parts as well as adjustment
tasks are described in the service man-
ual of the appliance.
 Test all functions of the appliance after
the modification.
 When working on the device, please al-
ways use the current circuit diagram in
DISIS.
Assembly
 Remove the covering plate.
 Fit the adapter to the ball valve handle
shaft.
 Install the ball valve unit into the cover-
ing plate. The connector is used as a
screw connection. Install the ball valve
handle from the outside
 Sever supply line from the fresh water
tank at a distance of 50 mm from the
pump.
 Insert a tee in the hose and secure it by
means of hose clamps.
 Connect the tee and the water pump
with a hose (DN12 / 500 mm long) and
secure it by means of hose clamps.
 Connect the water pump and the ball
valve unit with a hose (DN 12 / 325 mm
long) and secure it by means of hose
clamps.
Flow pattern
 Bolt the floor nozzle bracket to the ap-
pliance.
 Fit the bracket into the homebase hold-
ing rail and bolt it to the appliance.

 Connect the fresh water hose of the
floor nozzle with the connector of the
ball valve unit.
 The suction hose is connected to the
hose of the vacuum bar during opera-
tion.
