Malfunction remedy
Malfunction
Pump does not start.
Pump switches off after a short
running period.
The pump is running but is not de-
livering, or the delivered quantity is
insufficient

Cause
Power supply interrupted
Overload protection has switched
the pump off due to overheating.
Pressure hose kinked
Intake blocked
Air in the pressure hose
If applicable:
Non-return valve incorrectly fitted
in the pressure hose or clogged
Impeller defective or worn
Remedy
Check the fuse and electrical plug
connections.
 Clean the intake and pressure
hose.
 Allow the pump to cool down.
 Route the pressure hose with-
out kinks
 Check the outlet and clean if
necessary
 Clean the intake
 Expel the air from the pressure
hose.
 Correctly fit the non-return
valve.
 Clean the non-return valve.
