Working instructions
For accessories intended to be fitted with threaded hole
wheel, ensure that the thread in the wheel is long enough
to accept the spindle length.
Always use and store the cutting and grinding wheels
according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Always use the correct guard for cutting and grinding.
Always use guard with cutting guide from the accessories
range for cutting stone.
The adjusting nut must be tightened before starting to work
with the machine.
Always use the auxiliary handle.
The workpiece must be fixed if it is not heavy enough to
be steady. Never move the workpiece towards the rotating
wheel by hand.
Restart Protection
Machines with a lockable switch are supplied with a restart
cutout. This prevents the machine restarting by itself after a
power failure. When resuming work, switch the machine off
and then switch it back on again.
Starting Current Limiter + Soft Start
The starting current for the machine is several times greater
than rated current. The starting current limiter reduces
the starting current to such an extent that a fuse (16 A,
slow-blow) is not tripped. Electronic soft start for save use
prevents jerky run-up of the machine.
Cleaning
Blow out the machine with compressed air through the rear
ventilation slots regularly, frequently and thoroughly. Hold
the machine firmly while blowing out.
Maintenance
Repairs to the device may only be carried out by
appointed and trained personnel. For such pur-
poses, always use original spare parts from Adolf Würth
GmbH & Co. KG. This will ensure the continuing safe
operation of the device.
Troubleshooting
Machine not running. Electronic signal display
(depending on configuration) flashes:
The restart protection device has tripped. If the mains plug
is inserted with the machine switched on, or if the power
supply is restored after an interruption, the machine does
not start.

If. in spite of careful manufacturing and testing processes,
the device becomes faulty, a repair by Würth masterSer-
vice should be arranged.
With any enquiries or spare parts orders, always quote the
article number as given on the name plate. The latest spare

wuerth.com/partsmanager. Alternatively, contact your local
Würth agency for a hardcopy.
Warranty
We provide a warranty for this Würth device from the date of
purchase and in accordance with the legal/country-specific
regulations (proof of purchase through invoice or delivery
note). Damage that has occurred will be corrected either
by replacement or by repair. Damage caused by improper
handling is not covered by the warranty. Claims under
warranty can only be accepted if the device is returned fully
assembled to a Würth agency, your Würth sales representa-
tive or an authorised Würth customer service workshop. We
reserve the right to make technical changes. We accept no
liability for printing errors.
