X. MAINTENANCE
NOTE: If the product has been made available to you as part of a
charity or medical loans scheme, then it may not belong to you. If
it is no longer required, then follow the instructions to return it as
given by the organisation that made the product available to you.
In the following section, there is a description of the materials
used on the product, in view of the disposal or recycling of the
product and its packaging.
There may also be special local regulations in force with regard
to disposal or recycling, these must be taken into account when
disposing of your wheelchair. (This can include the cleaning or
decontamination of the product prior to disposal).
Aluminium: Stroller frame, seat frame
Steel: Fixing points, axles, screws and nuts
Plastic: Pushbar, caster forks, wheels, footrests, tyres,

Packaging: Plastic bags made of soft polyethylene,
cardboard
Upholstery:
Polyester fabric, polyurethane foam
Disposal or recycling should be carried out by a disposal company
or at a public disposal point. You can also return your wheelchair
to your dealer for disposal
E. ORDERING PARTS
Name Plate
The nameplate is located underneath the seat, as well as on a
label in the owner's manual. The nameplate indicates the exact
model designation and other technical specifications. Please
provide the following pieces of information whenever you have
to order replacement parts or to file a claim:
• Model of device.
• Serial number of device.
•. Part number, description and quantity of parts you need.
• State the reason for the replacement.
