Dispensing hot water

To dispense hot water, proceed as follows:
place a cup under the hot water dispensing spout
(9); press the hot water button (8); hot water will be
dispensed from the spout (9); press the button (8)
again to stop dispensing (Fig. 14)

Preparing cappuccino

Start dispensing steam by pressing button (16). After
a few seconds steam will start to come out of the
steam dispensing spout (13).
Half-fill a cup with cold milk and immerse the steam
spout in it until the foam fills the cup (Fig. 15). To
stop dispensing, press button (16) again.
• Place the cup with the foamed milk on the grid
of the machine and prepare the coffee as usual.
Preparing the foamed milk
(OPTIONAL)
• Insert the hose of the cappuccino attachment
(21) in the milk container.
• After having placed a cup on the grid under the
outlet of the cappuccino attachment (21), start
dispensing by pressing button (12). To stop
dispensing, press button (12) again (Fig. 16)
NOTE The temperature of the foamed milk can be
regulated by turning the handwheel (22) on the
hose (21) of the cappuccino attachment Fig. 16).
It is advisable to use full-cream milk.
Preparing cappuccino (OPTIONAL)
• Insert the hose of the cappuccino attachment (21)
in the milk container.
• After having placed a cup on the grid under the
outlet of the cappuccino attachment (21) and inserted
a capsule as indicated on the previous page, start
dispensing by pressing button (E). Dispensing of the
foamed milk and of the coffee will be automatic.

•To regulate dispensing of the milk for the
cappuccino, press and hold button (E). Release the
button when the desired amount is reached. In this
way the dose is stored for future use. When coffee
dispensing begins you can program the dose by
pressing and holding down the coffee button, then
release it when the desired amount is reached.
