Operating the coffee machine

1. Fill the tank
•Open the lid (19), rotating it as shown in the figure, and
take out the tank (15), detaching the 2 hoses. (Fig.1)
•Fill the tank (15) with fresh water to maximum level 4,5 litres.
(Fig.2)
•Replace the tank (15); connect the 2 hoses, respecting the colour
match; close the compartment by rotating the lid (19). (Fig.3)
No water in the tank
When there is no water left in the boiler water tank (15),
depending on which unit is being used, the buttons

Dispensing operations are disabled; the current dispensing
operation is not interrupted. Fill the tank (15) as indicated

If the boiler is left without water, the buzzer sounds and the
button (16) blinks intermittently. The boiler automatic filling
and steam dispensing functions are interrupted. Fill the tank
(15) as indicated above; switch the machine off and on
again.
PROFESSIONAL WATER SOFTENER FILTER (20)
Change the water softener filter every 6 months or every
500 litres. When the button
flashes every 2.5 seconds), 500 litres have been used and
it is necessary to change the water softener filter as follows:
• Switch off the machine and disconnect the plug from the
power socket.
• Open the lid (19).
Connect the water softener filter (20) to the end of the hose
on the blue plug of the tank (15), insert the filter in the tank
(Fig. 4)
NOTE
Even when the button (16) is flashing intermittently, the steam
dispensing function remains available. At the end of the first
dispensing operation, even if the counter alarm is active, it
is not indicated again until the next time themachine is switched
off and on again.
IMPORTANT
When the filter (20) has been changed, reset the machine
and reset the count of the dispensed litres with the following
procedure:
•Switch on the machine with the button
•Wait with the button
continuous sound.
• The sound of the Buzzer is interrupted after about 5
seconds.
• Release button
• The machine is ready to dispense steam.
