10. Configuration of the camera

• Configuration takes place directly through the camera menu using the remote control.
Alternatively, you can also configure the camera via your computer. See item e) of this chapter.
• To perform configuration via the menu, the camera must be in mode "TEST".
• For this, switch the slider (B4) to position "TEST".

If you want to change the switch position from "TEST" to "ON" or vice versa, always
switch off the camera first, i.e. switch to position "OFF". Only then can you switch the
camera to "ON" or "TEST".
In mode "TEST", the camera will switch to standby mode after a while and switch off.
To switch it on again, briefly switch the switch position (B4) to "OFF" and then back
to "TEST".
a) Basic navigation in the camera menu
• Navigation in the camera menu takes place via remote control.
• Use the button "Menu" to open and close the camera menu. You can also move back one item
in the menu with this button.
• You can use the arrow up "Cancel" and down "2abc" to navigate up and down in the menu.
• The button "OK" confirms a menu item to get to the next submenu. In some items, it is also
necessary to make further entries (such as a password) after having switched on the function.
Push "OK" additionally after selection.
• To set the individual items of the camera or to select the setting, use the two arrows left "1" and
right "3def".
