P1-Short Wash (100 sec) : For dishes with
low dirt

P2-Medium Wash (150 sec) : For dirty
dishes

P3-Long wash (210 sec.) : For oily and

You can select one of the programs "P1, P2 and
P3". Recommended washing duration is 150 sec.
and recommended water temperature is 55ºC.
At the start of operation, when the temperature
reaches 55ºC, "washing temperature reached
signal light" turns on. After the light turns on, an
appropriate program is selected. As long as the
washing continues, the "in wash" signal light stays
on.
With rinsing, the fans that provide heat recycling
are activated. After rinsing for 20 seconds, the
heat recovery fans continue to recover the steam
in the washing tank for an additional 40 seconds.
The "6 IGD" lamp lights red during the wash
cycle and green during rinsing and heat recycle.

6.1 Operating

It opens with the ten key. The washing program
is selected (low, medium, intensive) by pressing
the button. After the cassette is placed inside,
the door is closed. The desired program button is
pressed.
NOTE: For an ideal washing result, the boiler
should reach 85°C, the tank should reach 55°C
and the ready led should light up.
NOTE: For the ideal washing result for
America, the boiler should reach 185°F, the tank
158°F and wait for the ready led to turn on.

• WATER TAKING: Fill Water with Y1
valve+M2 pump. Boiler and Tank are full when
you see P1-pressure. (6lt.)
• HEATING: The primary boiler is heated, then
the tank is heated.

• WASH: M1 Washing motor is running
(Heating active)
6.2 Usage
DRAININIG

Lid opens

Stopper is removed

ON "ON / OFF" button numbered 2 is
turned off.

Press the "DRAIN" button number 6
once.

Tah Evacuation of the device begins


1. Select the most suitable program according to
the type and/or dirtiness of the dishes to be
washed.
2. Select the relevant tray according to the dishes
to be washed and load them according to the
capacities stated on the chart. Do not start the
device without entirely filling the tray in order
to save detergent and power.
3. Never change the location of the device while
it is operating.
4. Be sure that the water input valve is open
before operating the device.
• FLOW: ~5 sec wait

pump) will operate + PD (Rinse aid) output is
active.

HEAT RECYCLING:
• With rinsing, heat recovery fans (x2) are
activated, they work for an additional 40
seconds at the end of rinsing, providing heat
recovery.
• FLOW: ~5 sec wait

• DONE: Flash the START led.
(Heating active for next wash)
• MANUAL DISCHARGE: When the device is
on, remove the plastic plug inside the tank and
press the discharge button. Evacuation ends
when the light of the evacuation button goes out.
