6.3.3.15 Scaling parameters

If the scaling parameters Scaling: Total Measuring Range and Scaling: Measuring
step are enabled (Encoder Class 4 functionality = enable and Scaling function
control = enable), the physical resolution of 1 µm of the measuring system can be changed. The
position value output is binary decoded and is calculated with a zero point correction and the code
sequence set.
