1 Einleitung Die Verdunstung der Flüssigkeit während des Wägevorgangs bei dem Messvorgän- gen verursacht potenziell Messfehler. Zweck der Verdunstungsfalle ist es, diesen Fehler zu minimieren. Verdunstungsfallen sind ausschlaggebend für reproduzierbare Ergebnisse. Für Pipetten mit 50 μl oder weniger ist eine Verdunstungsfalle zu verwenden (ISO 8655). -

3 Montage der Verdunstungsfalle (Montagebeispiel ALJ 210-5A) 1. Öffnen Sie den Windschutz (rechte oder linke Seite) der Waage. Bei einer 0,01mg-Waage: Entfernen Sie den Windschutzring. 2. Nehmen Sie die Scheibe mit dem Reagenzglashalter (Lieferumfang 1) und le- gen Sie diesen wie in Abbildung 1 dargestellt auf die Waagschale, wobei Sie darauf achten, dass die drei zylindrischen Stützen unter der Scheibe in die freien Bereiche der Waagschale passen. - Seite 7 5. Nehmen Sie das Reagenzglas für die Testflüssigkeit (Lieferumfang 5) und ste- cken Sie es in die entsprechende Halterung, wie in den Abbildungen 6 und 7 dargestellt. 4 Vorbereitung für die Tests Die Waage muss mindestens 8 Stunden lang eingeschaltet gewesen sein und in einer geeigneten Umgebung und bei konstanter Temperatur aufgestellt wor- den sein (siehe die Empfehlungen im Handbuch der Waage) Füllen Sie den Behälter (Lieferumfang 6) bis zu 2/3 seiner Höhe mit destillier- tem Wasser, wobei Sie darauf achten müssen, dass dieser nicht überläuft. -

1 Introduction Evaporation of the liquid during the weighing process whilst taking measurements may cause measurement errors. The purpose of the evaporation trap is to minimise this error. Evaporation traps are crucial for reproducible results. An evaporation trap must be used for pipettes of 50 μl or less. (ISO 8655). -

3 Assembly of the evaporation trap Assembly example ALJ 210-5A) 1. Open the draft shield (right or left side) of the balance. For a 0.01mg balance: Remove the draft shield ring. 2. Take the disc with the test tube holder (scope of delivery 1) and place it on the weighing pan as shown in figure 1, making sure that the three cylindrical supports under the disc fit into the free areas of the weighing pan. - Seite 15 5.
