1 Intended use
The product is intended to switch a power consumer (e.g. a lighting fixture) on and off wirelessly
via Wi-Fi.
You can configure and operate the camera using the "Smart Life - Smart Living" or "Tuya
Smart" app. It can be installed on a smartphone or tablet with Android
system. A free account is required to use the app. It must be created during the initial app setup.
The configuration serves for integrating the product into your existing Wi-Fi network.
Moreover, the app provides networking of your product with other devices that are also connec-
ted to your app. Furthermore, the app supports Google Home and Amazon Alexa.
You can also use the integrated touch button to switch the connected load on and off.
Without the app, you will not be able to use advanced functions or set up the unit.
The product may only be connected to the mains voltage (see the "Technical data" section).
The product has an IP68 protection class and is thus suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Using the product for purposes other than those described above may damage the product.
Improper product use can cause a short circuit, fire, electric shock, other hazards.
This product complies with statutory, national and European regulations. For safety and appro-
val purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify the product.
Read the instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Always provide these operating
instructions when giving the product to a third party.

For the installation, the following specialist knowledge is required in particular:
The "Five safety rules": Disconnect from the mains; protect against accidental switch-on;
ensure there is no voltage; earth and short-circuit; cover or protect neighbouring live parts.
Use suitable tools, measuring devices and personal protective equipment, where
necessary.
Analyse measurement results.
Use electrical installation materials to ensure the turn-off criteria.

Type of power supply (TN system, IT system, TT system) and the corresponding con-
nection criteria (classic earthing, protective earthing, necessary additional measures etc.)
If you are not a professional, do not do it yourself, have it performed by a specialist.

5.1 General information

This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. It may become a dangerous
plaything for children.

5.2 Handling
Please handle the product carefully. Impact, shocks or a fall even from a low height can
damage the product.

5.3 Operating environment

Do not expose the product to any mechanical stress.
Protect the product from extreme temperatures, strong jolts, flammable gases, vapours,
and solvents.
Protect the product from high humidity and moisture.
Protect the product from direct sunlight.
Avoid using the product near strong magnetic or electromagnetic fields, transmitter aerials
or HF generators. Otherwise, the product may not function properly.
5.4 Operation
Consult an expert when in doubt about the operation, safety or connection of the device.
If you suspect that safe operation is no longer possible, stop using the product immediately
and prevent unauthorised use. Do not touch the product as this may cause a fatal electric
shock! Proceed as follows:
– Disconnect the product from the mains voltage by switching off the respective circuit
breaker or by unscrewing the fuse. Furthermore, turn off the earth leakage circuit brea-
ker to disconnect all the poles of the mains supply.
– After that, arrange for an expert to disconnect and check the product.
5.5 Connection/mains voltage
Never attempt to modify the electrical components of the product. Risk of death
by electric shock!
Discontinue use of the device if any electrical components are damaged.
Do not modify the electrical components.
Product installation must be carried out in a deenergised state.
Pull the mains plug out of the mains socket.
For permanent installation of the product, cut off the power supply by switching off the res-
pective circuit breaker or unscrewing the fuse. Protect it against an unauthorised switch-on,
e.g. with a danger sign.
Furthermore, turn off the earth leakage circuit breaker to disconnect all the poles from the
mains voltage.
Check the mains connection for absence of voltage using a suitable tester.
Ensure that the insulation of the housing is neither damaged nor destroyed.
The product must only be used when it is mounted in a fixed location.
Never touch the product with wet or damp hands! There is a risk of fatal electric shock!
Never overload the product. Observe the information on the maximum load in the "Tech-
nical data" section.
To prevent risks, a damaged product may only be repaired by the manufacturer, a specialist
workshop authorised by the manufacturer, or a qualified person.
