Clean the shaft and flanges, fit a new blade and
replace the outer flange and nut. Check that the
orientation of the blade matches the rotation
direction of the motor.
Replace the table inlay and blade guard.
Adjust the cleaver blade.

Cleaning and maintenance

Remove any sawdust and dirt using a vacuum
cleaner, compressed air or a brush. Check that the
motor ventilation slots are not blocked.
The saw can be cleaned by wiping its exterior parts
with a damp cloth.
Remove the base plate and lubricate all moving
parts with a light oil.
Never use strong or corrosive detergents on the
blade. These can damage the light metal parts of
the saw and affect its function.
If the carbon brushes are worn, they should be
replaced.

a cleaner environment and hereby declares that
our products comply with both the WEEE
Directive (2002/96/EC) and the RoHS Directive
(2002/95/EC).
As a consumer, you can also play a part in
protecting the environment by following the
applicable environmental regulations and taking
old electrical and electronic equipment to your
local recycling center. If the equipment contains
batteries, you must remember to remove these
before you dispose of the equipment.
