5 Connecting
WARNING
Danger to life from line voltage 100 to 240 V AC / 110 to 250 V DC
Contact with live parts can result in death or serious injury. Note the following information to prevent contact with live
parts:
• Connecting and disconnecting may only be performed by an electrical specialist in accordance with IEC 62368-1.
• Before installation work is started, the main switch of the system must be switched off and secured against being
switched on again.
• Power supply cables may only be connected or disconnected in the de-energized state.
NOTICE
No power supply interruption via the connectors
The connectors for input and output are not approved for power supply interruption and cannot be used as disconnectors. A
suitable disconnector for interrupting the power supply should be provided in the end application.

Damage caused by faulty installation
Note the following information to avoid damage due to incorrect installation:
• The connection of the power supply 100 ... 240 V AC / 110 - 250 V DC must be designed according to IEC 60364 and EN
50178.
• Observe the relevant country-specific regulations during installation.

different lengths. You can find more information in the section "Accessories".
