Translation of the original manual.
10. After screwing the new spark plug in by hand, tighten it 1/2 turn with a spark plug wrench to compress the sealing
washer. When reinstalling a used spark plug, tighten it 1/8 to 1/4 turn after insertion.
11. Reinstall the spark plug cap onto the spark plug.
12. Reinstall the spark plug cover.
ATTENTION!
• The spark plug must be properly screwed on. An improperly tightened spark plug can become very hot and
damage the generator. • Never use a spark plug with an incorrect heat rating. • Never use a spark plug without
a snubber as there is no alternating current
at the exit.
TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
To prevent fuel leakage during transportation or temporary storage, place the generator upright and in its normal
operating position with the engine switch in the OFF position. Make sure the fuel tank vent valve is in the closed position.
IMPORTANT!
• Before transporting the vehicle, drain all fuel. • Do
not turn on the generator in the vehicle. Remove the generator from the vehicle and use it in a well-ventilated
area. • Avoid transporting or storing the generator in a vehicle with fuel in the tank. • If the generator is in a
vehicle, avoid places exposed to direct sunlight. If the generator is left in a closed vehicle for many hours, the high
temperatures inside will cause fuel vapors to form, which could lead to an explosion.
• Do not travel long distances on rough roads with a loaded generator. • Securely secure the
unit in an upright position during transport.
UNIT ASSEMBLY
It is very important to run the generator periodically on a regular basis. This will prevent the formation of deposits and
sludge in the fuel system and additionally removes moisture that forms in the generator windings. The generator should
be run periodically at at least half load (450W) for 60 minutes per month.
