Settings and functions

By the additional settings you can adapt the CCE 5000 to your individual requirements in cash processing.
Add function
The CCE 5000 has a function to count and add the result of several banknote
stacks. Press the "ADD" button to turn this function ON or OFF. The display
shows the active function by ADD. If more than 9,999 banknotes are counted or
the total value of 999,999 exceed, the counter is reset to 0.
Batch function / Counting stop
The CCE 5000 offers the possibility to use preset batch values. You can choose
this values by pressing the „Batch" button. By pressing the button „+1 / +10"
short you increase the chosen batch value by one. By keeping the button
pressed longer you increase the chosen batch value by 10. If you need a batch
value lower than 20, you set it up directly by using the button "+1 / +10".
If the set batch value is reached, the machine stops the counting until you
remove the counted banknotes from the stacker. The counting process can be
continued by pressing the „MENU/ENTER-START" button. The CCE 5000 now
counts as long as again the batch value is reached or there are no more
banknotes in the feeder of the machine. By longer pressing the button "CLEAR"
you erase the counting result and also the batch value. The chosen batch value is
displayed in the upper display area (e.g. D: 100).
Counting speed
The CCE 5000 has three counting speeds. To change the counting speed, press
the "MENU" button to enter the setup and press there at the first point "1.
SPEED" the "RESET" button. Use the buttons "↑ / ADD" and "↓ / DISPLAY" to
select the counting speed and press "RESET" to confirm the selection. By
pressing the "MENU" button you return to the previous view.
If banknotes are polymer currencies or are heavily used, you should not use the
highest counting speed. Please also note that under certain circumstances, not
all counting speeds work in all counting and sorting modes. The serial number
ready is working generally in the lowest speed.
