Removing jammed notes / foreign bodies
In case of a banknote jam in the machine, turn the power off and open the hopper area, as described in the cleaning topic in this
manual and the rear access door. You now have access to the area where probably the notes stuck. Please note that no parts of
damaged banknotes remains in the machine which can cause new problems.
In the case of foreign objects you open the switched off device as for the elimination jammed notes and remove the foreign
object. Be careful if sensors were damaged by the object.
After you removed the jammed banknote / the foreign bodies close the machine. Please take care when closing that your
hands are not in the moving area of the machine. Otherwise there is a risk of bruising or other injuries.

It falls too much light by overhead lights or other light sources directly in the hopper
area of the machine and interfere with the sensor. Please place the device at a different
location
Remove all banknotes from the machine and clean the sensors.
The Code Wheel must be cleaned or the drive belt to be replaced. Please contact your
service partner.
Remove the banknotes from the reject pocket and go on with the counting.
Remove all banknotes from the machine and close the hopper area.
Remove all banknotes from the machine and close the rear door of the machine.
