Installation

Do not pull or carry the device by the cable!
Hold and carry the pump by the carrying handle.
KESSEL submersible pumps are delivered with a vertical
pressure pipe connection as standard. The enclosed hose
adapter (R 1") can be screwed on for additional connection
variants.
Connecting the pressure pipe (A - use as system pump/
replacement pump)
Ventilation bore required!
If the pump is to be used as a system pump, this ventila-
tion bore must be available, otherwise the capacity and
service life of the pump can be greatly restricted.
Make sure that the pump has a ventilation bore on the
pressure pipe connection. If not, carry out ventilation bore
in accordance with the adjacent illustration.
Position the pump.
Lock the one-handed closure.
