Replacing solenoid valve or
limiting flow rate to 4 l/min
The Geberit HS10 hygienic flush unit is delivered
from the factory with a solenoid valve containing a
flow limiter of 10 l/min. If the flow rate is to be
limited to 4 l/min, the solenoid valve must be
replaced. Solenoid valves with a flow rate of 4 l/min
are available as spare parts.

Demount the cover plate.

Demount the housing.
CAUTION
Risk of burns from hot surfaces
The coil of the solenoid valve can become
very hot when flushing is triggered.
▶ Allow the solenoid valve to cool down
before touching it.

Close the ball valve and pull out the locking
bracket.

Demount the solenoid valve.

Unplug the coupling element from the
solenoid valve. Dispose of solenoid valve
with 10 l/min.
