2.3.4 Pause
The
CD player is in
play mode.

Press
the
PAUSE
key.
The
CD player interrupts
the playback and
changes
to
pause
mode. The
display shows:
READY
- The green
LED
flashes; the CD player
is
in pause
mode. Flashing of
this
LED
signals
that the CD player is not
on
the cue point.
The
frames are shown in the corresponding field.
The
values in the other fields remain unchanged.
Cancelling the pause
Press
the
PLAY
key.
The
CD player changes
to
PLAY
mode, i.e. playing of the CD
continues from the position at which the laser was located before
the
pause
function was called.
Selecting a specific track - remaining in play mode
You want
to select
a
specific
track but
rather
than playing it, wait
in play mode.
For
this
function it makes
no
difference whether the
CD player was in pause or play mode.
Press
the
key
that corresponds
to the track number to
be
selected.
The
display shows:
The number of the selected
track
is
displayed for four seconds
in
the TRACK field. The
INDEX
field is cleared,
the
remaining
fields
with the
time information do not change.

you
do not
press
the
PAUSE key
within four seconds, the
function
is
cancelled and the
track display
is reset.
Press
the
PAUSE key;
the
laser
positions on the selected
track
and
waits in pause mode.
The
display shows:
READY - The
green LED
is on, the CD
player
is in pause mode.
The
steady light of
the
LED
signals
that
the player
is on
the cue
point.
