The following cases are not troubles.
Hissing and crackling
noises are coming out
The air smells
The filter is discoloured
The blue LED does not

Check before requesting service.
Symptom
Completely dead
Poor airflow and noisy
• When an error is indicated during operation, the UV streamer air purifier unit stops automatically. (The air conditioner continues
operating.)
• If the problem persists even after checking the above, do not attempt to repair by yourself, but contact your dealer.
When contacting your dealer, provide the symptoms and model name. The model name is found on the model name plate

Symptom
Hissing and crackling noises are coming out
from the streamer unit.
The odour from the air outlet is concerning.
The pleated filter turns yellow.
The blue LED goes off during operation.
UV beams cannot be confirmed by the
naked eye.
The low-register or buzzing operating sound is
the result of mounting the UV streamer air
purifier unit.
Keeps blinking even if the operation is
stopped.
The UV unit or streamer unit is not running
while the air conditioner is operating.
Cause
The power breaker may be turned off.
There may be a power outage.
The air filter may be clogged and dirty.
The pleated filter may be clogged and dirty.

Troubleshooting

Cause
They are noises associated with discharge.
In rare cases, odour from the pleated filter
may be noticed at the beginning of use.
Also, odour may come out from the air outlet
due to the small amount of ozone generated
during streamer discharge.
The filter may discolour due to the UV beams.
The blue LED turns off when the fan is
stopped.
Since deep ultraviolet rays (UVC) are not
visible, they cannot be confirmed by the
naked eye.
In rare cases, mounting the unit may cause
an operating sound.
The blinking of the indicator does not go off
even when operation is stopped.
Contact your dealer for parts replacement.

Depending on the conditions of use, the UV
unit and streamer unit may stop to protect
parts.
Measures
• If the power breaker grip is in the OFF
position, turn it on.
• If the power breaker grip is in the TRIP
position, contact your dealer without
turning it on.
