Selecting the Images and Specifying the
Number of Copies to Print
Select the images that you want to print, specify the
number of copies that you want, then remove the media.

Touch to select the images to print.
To cancel a selection, touch the [Quantity] [-]
button to make it "0".
If all the images cannot be displayed on one screen
page, touch the [b] or [B] button to display more
pages.
Note
If the data read by the unit contains unsupported
files formats and/or unreadable files, they are
represented by the following icon and cannot be
selected.

Specify the number of copies to print.
• In order to specify the number of prints for each
image, touch an image to select it, and then at
[Quantity] touch the [+] or [-] button to increase
or decrease the number of copies.
• In order to specify the same number of copies for
all the images, at [Add to All] touch the [+] or [-]
button to increase or decrease the number of
copies to print for all the images.

Printing Image Data
At this step you can also perform the following
procedures:
• You can edit the image by adjusting the
brightness or contrast, or trimming it.
For details, see "Editing Image Data" (page 26).
• When the index print setting is enabled with the
configuration screen, you can specify whether to
print an index of the displayed images.
For details, see "Using Index Printing" (page 38).
• You can add dates to your images.
For details, see "Date Stamping" (page 28).
• You can select the finish of your pictures between
glossy, texture, and matte. Touch the [Surface]
button to switch between [Glossy], [Texture], or
[Matte].
• When you specify [Prints] as the output service,
you can touch the [Add CD] button to print and
write the images that you selected to CD-R.

If necessary, read data from a different storage
media of the same type as the one you are using.
If you choose not to do so, proceed to Step 4.
Notes
• You can only read image data from another media
of the same type as the one you are using. In other
words, if you loaded images from a "Memory
Stick", you can only insert a different "Memory
Stick" containing images at this point.
• When [Workflow] is set to [OFF] with the
configuration screen, it is not possible to read
data from another media. Proceed to Step 4.
