• [Tax] button
Touch this button to open the screen to set the tax rate
required for calculating the total charge for the output
service.
– [Tax1] and [Tax2] buttons
Set two different tax rates. Touch the [Tax1] or
[Tax2] button to display the screen where you can
set the tax rate. Proceed as follows to set the tax rate.
Touch the [Tax Rate] button to set the tax rate of the
selected tax. You can enter a tax rate between 0 and
100%.
Touch the [Text strings] button to display the screen
where you can enter the name of the selected tax.
The name that you enter here is displayed on the
screen where you confirm charges. For details, refer
to "Confirming Prices, Entering Passwords" Step 1
on pages 10 and 16, or "Confirm Prices and Output"
Step 1, on page 23.
Note
If you do not enter names for the taxes, they are
displayed as "Tax" and "Tax2".
– [w/ Tax, w/o Tax] button
Sets the taxation method. Touch this button to toggle
the [w/ Tax, w/o Tax] setting between [w/ Tax] and
[w/o Tax].
– [Calculation] button
Sets handling of decimals. Touch [Round down],
[Round up], or [Round off], select the type of
handling by touching the appropriate button in the
screen that appears, then touch the [OK] button.
• [Print] button
– [3.5 × 5], [4 × 6], [5 × 7], [6 × 8], [8 × 10/8 × 12]
buttons
Sets the unit price when [Prints] or [Other Size] is
selected as the output service. Touch a button to
open the screen for the size and enter the unit price
(range: 0 to 999.99).
– [Index] button
Sets the price of an index when selecting index print
on the screen used to specify the number of copies
to be printed. Touch this button to display the input
screen and enter a price (range: 0 to 999.99).
• [Collage] button
[3.5 × 5], [4 × 6], [5 × 7], [6 × 8], [8 × 10/8 × 12]
buttons
Sets the unit price when [Collage] is selected as the
output service. Touch a button to open the screen for
the size and enter the unit price (range: 0 to 999.99).
• [Index] button
Sets the price of index printing. Touch this button open
the screen to enter the price (range: 0 to 999.99).
• [CD Creation] button
Touch this button to open a screen where you can set
the price for writing image data to CD-R.
– [CD] button
Sets the price of writing image data to one CD-R.
Touch this button to open the screen and enter the
price (range: 0 to 999.99)
– [Index] button
Sets the price of an index when you print data that
you are writing to CD-R. Touch this button to open
the screen and enter the price (range: 0 to 999.99)
• [Film] button
Sets the price for scanning an image from film and
printing. Touch this button to open the screen and
enter the price (range: 0 to 999.99).
• [Shop staff only] button
Sets the unit price when [Shop staff only] is selected
as the output service. Touch this button open the
screen to enter the unit price (range: 0 to 999.99).
[Currency] button
Touch this button to open the screen and select the
currency used by the system in displaying prices.
• Currency buttons
Touch one of the buttons on the screen to select the
desired currency.
Note
One screen displays up to seven currency buttons. If
the currency that you want to select does not appear,
touch the [more] button to change the screen and
display more choices.
• [Blank] button
Touch this button to hide the currency when
displaying prices.
SETTING END
• Touch the [OK] button to temporarily save the settings
that you made. To confirm the settings, touch the [OK]
button repeatedly until the screen prompting you to
confirm whether you want to save the settings appears,
then touch the [OK] button to close the configuration
screen.
• Touch the [Cancel] button to ignore the modifications
that you made and restore the previous settings. If you
touch this button on the screen that appears
immediately after you touch one of the tabs, all the
settings that you have made on that tab are ignored,
and the screen returns to the password entry screen.
