Touch the [End] button.
The display returns to the screen in Step 1 of
"Selecting the Scanner as the Input Device"
(page 13). To continue operation, touch the
[Continue] button. The [Continue] button appears if
the unit is set to inhibit other operations during
printing with the configuration screen. If you touch
this button, the display returns to Step 2 of
"Selecting Media Where Image Data is Stored",
and the [Previous] button becomes available. You
can also continue using images that you printed
with other output services.
Note
A receipt is printed if a receipt printer is connected
to the unit and settings necessary for printing
receipts have been made with the configuration
screen. However, if you set the unit to print receipts
automatically with the configuration screen, this
button is not available. When output finishes, the
receipt is automatically printed.

Remove the CD-R from the drive.
Writing Image Data that You Are Printing
to CD-R
You can write images to CD-R while they are in the
process of being printed.
Touch the [Add CD] in the screen used to specify the
number of copies.
For details, see "Selecting the Images and Specifying
the Number of Copies to Print" (page 8), Step 2, or
"Specifying the Number of Copies to Print" (pages 14
and 23), Step 1.
The images that are selected in this screen are written to
CD-R after they are printed.

Viewing Image Data Written to CD-R
When you write image data to a CD-R, viewing software
(Windows) and HTML files are also written to the
CD-R so that the images can be viewed easily on other
computers.
Viewing Images with a Windows
Computer
Images can be viewed on a Windows computer with CD
Viewer (software written to the CD-R).
When the CD-R containing the image data is inserted
into the CD-ROM drive of your computer, CD Viewer
starts automatically and a list of the images on the
CD-R is displayed.
Notes
• If CD Viewer does not start automatically, access the
CD-R with Windows Explorer, and then double-click
"Viewer.exe" in the root folder.
• Do not remove the CD-R from the CD-ROM drive of
your computer when CD Viewer is starting.
CD Viewer is operated through the [Thumbnail Screen]
and [Preview Screen].
Using the Thumbnail Screen
[To Preview Screen]
• Double-click an image to preview it, enlarged full
screen.
• Click on image to select it. To select several images,
hold the Shift or Ctrl key, and then click the images.
After selecting the desired image, click [To Preview
Screen] to preview the image.
• When you select several images, click [Slide Show] to
display all the enlarged images one by one.
• If the list does not fit onto one page, touch [v] or [V]
to scroll through the pages.
• Click [Save] to give the image a name and save it as a
file on your hard disk.
