07 - TROUBLE SHOOTING

Many problems can be solved by yourself, saving you repair costs. Try the following suggestions to
see if the problem can be solved before contacting customer service.
Problem
The heater does not work even
though it is plugged in and the
thermostat is on.
The heating element is glowing. The input voltage is too high or
The unit does not heat, only the
fan is running.
Unusual noise.
Possible cause
The connector is loose, the
connection is bad.
No power on the socket.
too low.
The air inlet is blocked.
The switch has not been set to
heat.
Operate the thermostat.
The reset is still working.
The unit is not upright.
Remedy
Pull out the plug and check the connection
of the plug and the socket. Reconnect the
device.
Insert the plug into another socket.
Use the power supply that is indicated on the
label.
Place the heater far enough away from
curtains, plastic bags, paper and other things
that can cover the inlet.
Turn the switch to a heat setting.
Turn the thermostat and listen when it clicks
to open/close. If no click is heard and the
thermostat is not damaged, the heater will
automatically turn on when the unit has
cooled.
Turn off the heater and unplug it. Wait at
least ten minutes before turning the heater
back on to allow the protection system to
reset.
Place the device on a level surface.
