• Children must be supervised so that they do not play with the appliance.
• Depending on the type of power cord, the fan heater can be used only in households, warehou-
ses and workshops, construction sites or greenhouses. The heater contains a thermostat and a
self-reset of the heating elements. The thermostat senses the air temperature and controls the
ambient temperature. The fan motor is not controlled by the thermostat and it stops working when
the thermostat turns off the heating element. The self-reset feature turns the unit off to prevent
overheating.
• When the heater is used for the first time, there may be a slight emission of smoke. This is quite
normal and will pass after a short time. The heating element is made of stainless steel and has
been coated with protective oil during manufacture. The smoke is caused by the residual oil when
it is heated.
• The housing is made of sheet steel and has been coated with heat-resistant powder.
• It is supplied complete with cable and plug.
