07 - TROUBLE SHOOTING

Many problems can be solved by yourself, saving you repair costs. Try the following suggestions to
see if the problem can be solved before contacting customer service.
Problem
The motor does not work. No power or low voltage.
The motor works, but the
burner does not ignite
and after a few seconds
the heater stops.
The burner ignites, but
after a few seconds the
heater stops.
The heater stops during
operation.
Possible cause
The safety thermostat is switched on.
The bottle gas tap is closed.
The bottle is empty.
The nozzle is clogged.
The gas solenoid valve is not open.
There is no spark.
No connection with the grounding
system.
Defective connection between sensor
and safety device.
Defective safety device.
Excessive gas supply.
Insufficient air flow.
Insufficient gas supply due to ice
formation on the cylinder.
Remedy
Check the terminal board with a tester.
Wait about one minute and then restart.
Open the gas tap.
Use a new bottle.
Remove the nozzle and clean it.
Check if the solenoid valve works.
Check the position of the electrode.
Check and connect correctly.
Check and connect correctly.
Replace safety device.
Check the pressure reducer and replace it if
necessary.
Check that the motor is working properly.
Check and use a larger cylinder or two
cylinders connected together.
