3 Tools and Aids required
For the correct installation of the Membrane injection sys-
tem MIS90D the following tools and aids are required in
addition to the usual standard tools:

Tools:
- Drill with drill bit or drilling tool for opening Ø 92-
102 mm
- Hauff quick clamping device MIS90 SVS, reusable
- Cartridge gun
- Saw
- Side cutter
- Torque wrench with extension and socket
- Screwdriver
Aids
- 2-component resin EH 300/1400 (to be ordered separa-
tely via Hauff-Technik)
- Lubricant
- Marker
A cartridge gun is required for the correct proces-
sing of the expansion resin. This can be ordered
directly through Hauff-Technik (see Fig.: 1).
The Hauff quick clamping system MIS90 SVS is a
reusable assembly tool and can be ordered sepa-
rately through Hauff-Technik (see Fig.: 2).

2 Ø 140 mm (max. breaks that can be covered; use a
second resin cartridge if necessary)
3 Core drill Ø 92-102 mm
4 Wall thickness 200 – 1200 mm (note that the MIS
is available in different lengths!)
5 Preparing for installation
1 Drill a hole, Ø 92-102 mm (diamond core bit), from
inside the building (see Fig.: 5). Guidance can either
be manual or using a drill stand.
