Membrane injection system
MIS90D
• It is only possible to drill into solid material.
• If a "wet drilling" technique is used, we
recommend using a water collection system so
that the water can be extracted by suction di-
rectly at the borehole.
• If spalling and breaks occur more extensively
around the drilled hole, the plasterwork must
be properly repaired and the paint restored ac-
cording to DIN 18533.
• All surfaces must be clean, firm and free of
dust and grease.
• Any existing insulation must be removed
around the area of the sealing flange and reat-
tached again after installation.

For the cable/pipe diameter 24-28 mm fold out the 1.
segment ring with the membrane to the front.
Cut the membrane at the edge with a cutter knife
and cut off at the predetermined breaking point (see
fig.: 6).
Push the opened segment ring back in.
ment sections from the sleeve cap, depending on the
cable/pipe diameter, with a cutter knife and remove
(see Table 1 and Fig.: 7). Steps 1, 2 and 3 are omitted
in this case.
Remove blind plug (see Fig.: 6).
Only ever remove plugs and segment rings indivi-
dually!
Remove the relevant blind plugs and segment rings as
required (cable/pipe diameter) (see Table 1 and Fig.:
7).

If necessary, penetrate one or both membranes of the
two insertion openings of the outer flange using a
suitable tool (e.g. screwdriver) (see Fig.: 8).
If a SpeedNet tube is installed, only one insertion
opening may be penetrated!
Remove the protective foil from the butyl tape on the
rubber flange on the outside of the building (see Fig.:
9) and insert the MIS90D into the core drill hole so
that the resin filler tube is inserted at the top.
In order to ensure that the SpeedNet tubes slide in
smoothly, we recommend lubricating the two Speed-
Net tubes at the front with lubricant (see Fig.: 10).

Guide the SpeedNet tubes through both holes in the
outer flange (see Fig.: 11).
Install SpeedNet tubes for

MIS90D 1x13-21+3x7-13+1x5-13+2x7,
MIS90D z/d
If only one SpeedNet tube is installed, only one
insertion opening may be opened!
