5.1 Content EU-Declaration of Conformity

5.2 Safety regulations and installation notes

•
Observe the national safety and accident prevention regulations for all work on the device
•
If the safety instructions are not observed, death, serious bodily injury or high property
damage can be the result.
•
During operation, parts of the electrical equipment are under dangerous voltage.
•
Only a qualified electrician may commission, install, modify or retrofit the device.
•
Disconnect the device from the power supply before starting work.
•
Do not remove protective covers from electrical gear during operation.
•
Keep the product documentation.
•
Do not expose the device to mechanical and/or thermal stress that exceeds the described
limit.
•
To protect the device against mechanical or electrical damage, install it in an appropriate
housing with a suitable degree of protection according to IEC / EN 60529.
•
Install the device according to the instructions described in the installation manual. Access
to the circuits inside the device is not permitted.
•
Do not repair the device yourself, replace it with an equivalent device. Repairs may only
be carried out by the manufacturer. The manufacturer is not liable for damage resulting
from non-compliance.
•
The safety-related data can be found in this documentation and the certificates.
•
Only use power supplies with safe isolation with SELV / PELV voltage according to EN
50178 / VDE 0160 (SELV / PELV). In these, a short circuit between primary and secondary
side is excluded.
•
Operation in a locked control cabinet!
•
Observe the maximum permissible load current of 100 A and the maximum permissible
voltage of 600 V conductor-earth.
•
The safety of a system in which the device is integrated is the responsibility of the installer.
