Push the centring pin through the guide and put it centrically into the
other end of the prepared food.
Put the slide into the guidance of the support and pull it forward until
the blade slightly touches the food. Attention: Put the slide only after
fixing the food. Risk of injury!
Turn the crank clockwise while slightly pulling the slide forward to cut
the food. Attention: Do not pull the slide too much or by force, as
otherwise the blade will get stuck in the food and not be able to cut
anymore. Turning the crank will pull the blade into the food by itself
once the cutting process started, so only very slight pulling is
necessary.
Tips and tricks:
· Use fruits or vegetables that are as evenly shaped as possible.
· Cut both ends of the fruit or vegetable straight in order to ensure a
secure hold on the fixing pin.
