SAFETY
• The car seat is for car use only.
• The car seat is developed for an intensive use of
approximately 12 years.
• Do not use any load bearing contact points other than
those described in the instructions and marked in the
child restraint.
• Do not leave your child unattended in the car. With
an outside temperature of 20 degrees the car interior
heats up in 20 minutes to 40 degrees Celsius which
causes a risk. To prevent risk of overheating consider
a Child reminder device e.g. Maxi-Cosi e-Safety inlay
cushion.
The Pearl 360 Pro car seat in the car:
• The car seat can be rotated 360° and slided in and out
of the car by installing it on the Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix 360
Pro rotative base. It helps you getting your child in and
out of the vehicle easily. The rotation also allows you to
change the position of the seat from rearward facing to
forward facing.

Maxi-Cosi
• When the child restraint is installed in all maximum
positions, it may not fit in all approved vehicles. Please
check that all possible positions of the car seat (recline
positions and headrest adjustment) fit in your car.
Your child in the Pearl 360 Pro car seat
• Make sure you can fit no more than one finger between
the harnesses and your child (1cm). If there is more
space than 1 cm, tighten the harness belt further.
• Make sure the headrest is adjusted to the proper
height.
WARNING:
• Never allow your child to climb in and out of the car
seat when the FamilyFix 360 Pro base is in the slide out
position.
• Never close your car door with the FamilyFix 360 Pro in
slided out position.
• The car seat must always be locked in the rearward
or forward facing position on the base when travelling.
Do NOT travel when the car seat is rotated to a lateral
(loading) position or to any other unlocked intermediate
position.
• It is prohibited to adjust the seat position while
travelling.
CARE
The cover, headrest cover, shoulder pads and lap
pads can be removed for washing. If the cover needs
to be replaced at any time, only use official Maxi-Cosi
covers because it constitutes an integral part of the
restraint performance.
