4.2: Changing the installation settings
This menu is only accessible to the installer. If you want to change the installation functionalities, then
contact your installer.
Maintenance
Clean the product with a little soap and a damp cloth.
Never use:
- abrasive sponges or abrasive detergents;
- maintenance products that contain solvents or acids, or cleaning products containing acetic acid.
Damage due to improper handling is not covered by the guarantee.
Troubleshooting
A list of possible problems with their causes and remedies is given below.
Problem
Your internal unit does not do any-
thing anymore.
You press
but the door does
not open.
There is a call but no ring signal.
Only the red LED lights up.
The door automatically opens when
you receive a call.
The red LED flashes.

Cause
There is a power failure.
The installer has assigned a second
function to this key:
• If you are in conversation, you use
this button to open the door.
• If you are not in conversation, you
switch on the light with this button.
Het belsignaal is uitgeschakeld.
De "bel-en-kom-binnen'-functie is
geactiveerd.
Het systeem is bezet.
Remedy
Check the power supply in your
home. If the problem is limited to the
internal unit, contact your installer.
First press
to make a call.
Then press
to open the door.
Press
to reactivate the ring
signal.
Switch the "DOORMATIC" function
off using the menu.
Wait a moment until the system is
free.
