4. MAINTENANCE
The following maintenance tips ensure that the surface of these products are not damaged
by improper use. Damage by improper use is not covered by the warranty.

Maintenance tips

• It is sufficient to clean the products with some soap and a damp cloth.
• You are strongly advised not to use:
- abrasive sponges or abrasive detergents.
- maintenance products containing solvents or acids or cleaning products containing
acetic acid.
- a high-pressure cleaner.
4. TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Using a multimeter, always first check the voltage between the terminals:

2. If the problem with the unit is not solved, then go through the following list of possible problems:

If the external video unit must be replaced, the EEPROM memory of the units can be
interchanged. This way, the programming is saved.
