It is possible that your installer has assigned other functions to one or more function key buttons. If
the function key buttons have been modified by your installer, they have the following meaning:

Setting the ring tone

You can set a different ring tone for each type of call via the funtion key buttons. You can choose
from 13 ring tones.

Repeatedly press one of the following function key buttons to go through the different ring tones.
• Press
• Press
• Press
• Press

Wait 8s until you hear a beep and the LEDs go out.
The last selected ring tones are stored in memory.

Maintenance

With the following maintenance tips Niko wants to prevent the surface of your product being dam-
aged due to improper handling.
• Clean the product with a little soap and a damp cloth.
• Never use:
- abrasive sponges or abrasive detergents;
- maintenance products that contain solvents or acids, or cleaning products containing acetic acid.

• If you are in conversation: opening the door.
• If you are not yet in conversation: switching on the light at the external unit.
• Opening the inside door.
• If you are not in conversation: deactivating the ring tone.
• If you are not yet in conversation: ending the conversation.
Ringing another internal unit.
One of the following functions:
• Ringing another internal unit.
• Activating the 'ring-and-enter' function, so that the door automatically opens when
someone rings at the external unit.
• Activating call diversion, so that another internal unit receives the ring tone when
someone rings.
for 8s until you hear a beep and both LEDs light up.
to select the ring tone for the external unit with an address equal to 0.
to select the ring tone for the external unit with an address different from 0.
to select the ring tone for the floor bell push button.
to select the ring tone for an internal call.
