Make sure that the USB cable is not
squashed, bent or laid over sharp
edges and does not come into contact
with hot surfaces.

Fully unwind the USB cable before
connecting a USB mains adapter.
■
When the USB mains adapter is pulled
out of the plug socket, always pull on
the USB mains adapter and never the
USB cable.
■
Do not pull or carry the device by the
USB cable.
■
Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee
that there is no interference that may
prevent the device from working and
to avoid possible damage.
■
Do not place any heavy objects on
the device or the USB cable.
■
Protect the device from heat sources,
flames, sub-zero temperatures, persis-
tent moisture and impacts.

CHARGING UP THE
BATTERY
Please Note!
■
Only connect the USB mains adapter to
a plug socket that is properly installed
and matches its technical data. The
plug socket must be readily accessible
after connection so that the connection
to the mains can quickly be isolated.
■
Do not charge up on a computer
because the computer might be dam-
aged by the high charging current.
■
Pull the mains adapter out of the
socket if an error occurs during charg-
ing or before a thunderstorm.
It is essential that you charge up the bat-
tery fully before you first use the device in
order to achieve the maximum charging
capacity.
The control lamps (4) flash when the bat-
tery charge status drops below 5%.
1. Plug the USB-C connector of the USB
cable into the charging socket (6) on
the device and the USB-A connector
into the socket of a suitable USB mains
adapter.
2. Connect the USB mains adapter to a
plug socket. The control lamps flash.
When they flash constantly, the bat-
tery is fully charged.
3. Pull the USB mains adapter out of the
plug socket and disconnect the USB
cable from the USB mains adapter and
the device.
