HINWEIS
Der Betrieb des Dräger Polytron 7000 mit dem Duct Adapter setzt die

genaue Kenntnis und Beachtung der Gebrauchsanweisung Dräger
Polytron 7000 voraus!
Verwendungszweck
Duct Adapter für Remote Sensor – 83 17 617:
– Für die Montage eines Remote Sensors auf einer Rohrleitung (bzw.
einem Duct)
– zur Gasmessung in der Rohrleitung (bzw. dem Duct).
Montage (siehe Abbildung A)
A
1. Bohrung (Ø35 +1 mm) an der gewünschten Messstelle der
Rohrleitung bohren.
2. Dichtmanschette in die Bohrung einknöpfen.
3. Haltebügel zentrisch zur Bohrung ausrichten.
4. Bohrungen (1) für die Befestigungsschrauben bohren. Bohrbild: siehe
Abbildung C.
(siehe Abbildung B):
5. Bajonet-Ring (2) des Remote Sensors lösen.
6. Haltebügel (3) auf Stutzen des Gehäuses setzen und Bajonet-Ring
wieder montieren.
7. Sensorstutzen in Dichtmanschette einsetzen.
8. Haltebügel in entsprechende Position drehen und festschrauben.
VORSICHT
Auf dichten Sitz des Sensors in der Dichtmanschette achten, um

Fehlmessungen zu vermeiden!
Demontage/Sensorwechsel
1. Halteschrauben lockern.
2. Haltebügel durch Drehen lösen.
3. Remote-Sensor aus Dichtmanschette ziehen.
4. Sensor austauschen.
5. Remote-Sensor wieder montieren.

Operation of the Dräger Polytron 7000 with the duct adapter requires
full understanding and strict observance of the Instructions for Use
of the Dräger Polytron 7000!
Intended use
Duct adapter for remote sensor – 83 17 617:
– For mounting a remote sensor on a pipe or duct,
– For measuring the gas concentration in the pipe or duct.
Installation (see picture A)
1. Drill hole (Ø 35 + 1 mm) at the desired measuring point of the duct.
2. Button the sealing sleeve into the hole.
3. Align the retaining clip so that it is centred on the hole.
4. Drill the holes (1) for the securing screws. Drilling template: see
picture C.
(see picture B):
5. Loosen the bayonet ring (2) of the remote sensor.
6. Place the retaining clip (3) on the pipe of the case and install the
bayonet ring again.
7. Insert the sensor opening into the sealing sleeve.
8. Turn the retaining clip to the correct position and screw it down.
CAUTION
To avoid faulty measurements pay close attention to the fitting of the
sensor in the sealing sleeve!
Removal/changing the sensor
1. Loosen the securing screws.
2. Swivel the retaining clamp to release it.
3. Pull the remote sensor out of the sealing sleeve.
4. Change the sensor.
5. Install the remote sensor again.

REMARQUE
L'utilisation du Dräger Polytron 7000 avec l'adaptateur de
canalisation suppose la connaissance et l'observation exactes de la
notice d'utilisation du Dräger Polytron 7000!
Champ d'application
Adaptateur de canalisation pour capteur distant – 83 17 617:
– Permet de monter un capteur distant sur une conduite (ou une
canalisation),
– pour mesurer le gaz dans la conduite (ou dans la canalisation).
Montage (voir figure A)
1. Percer un trou (Ø 35 +1 mm) au point de mesure souhaité de la
conduite.
2. Enfoncer le manchon d'étanchéité dans le trou.
3. Centrer l'étrier de maintien par rapport au trou.
4. Percer les trous (1) pour les vis de fixation. Plan de perçage: voir
figure C.
(voir figure B):
5. Détacher l'anneau à baïonnette (2) du capteur distant.
6. Poser l'étrier de maintien (3) sur le tube du boîtier et remonter
l'anneau à baïonnette.
7. Insérer le tube du capteur dans le manchon d'étanchéité.
8. Tourner l'étrier de maintien dans la position correspondante et le
visser.
PRUDENCE
Veiller à ce que le capteur repose hermétiquement dans le manchon
d'étanchéité pour éviter les mesures erronées!
Démontage/remplacement du capteur
1. Desserrer les vis de maintien.
2. Desserrer l'étrier de maintien en le tournant.
3. Retirer le capteur distant du manchon d'étanchéité.
4. Remplacer le capteur.
5. Remonter le capteur distant.
