Problem
Remote control
The remote control does
not respond.
Shower functions
Switching between the
Rearwash and Ladywash
takes too long.
The water spray intensity
is too weak.
The water spray intensity
is unstable.
The water temperature is
too high/low.
The Rearwash/Ladywash
stops automatically.
Potential cause
The batteries are almost
flat (LED display flashes
white).
The remote control is not
connected to the product
(LED display flashes red).
No batteries are inserted.
The remote control is
defective.
The spray wand retracts
between the functions.
Switching takes approx.
12 seconds.
The water spray intensity
is set to "low".
The water pipe is bent or
crushed.
The water filter is blocked.
The temperature is set
incorrectly.
The function stops auto-
matically after 2 minutes.
The seat sensor has lost
contact.
