General information

How to proceed in the event of a fault:
> Switch the product off and then on again.
> Follow the instructions below.
> If the product still does not work properly, contact help@duravit.com.
> Have the article number and serial number to hand. The article number can be
found on the product label on the back of the user manual and in the app. [}App]

Problem
LED display (seat unit)
The LED display flashes
(red, green, orange) or a
beep sounds.
General problems
Product does not work.
Water is leaking out.

Malfunction
The product is switched
off (power button/status
display is off).
The product is in standby
mode (power button/
status display lights up
red).
Leakage
Solution
> Switch off the product.
> Disconnect the power
supply.
> Close the stop valve to
interrupt the water
supply.
