Mounting Instructions:

1. Concrete Ceiling
The included mounting materials are only suitable for concrete ceilings.

2. Wooden Beam
After pre-drilling with a 5 mm drill tip, the included mounting pieces can also be
used for wooden beams.
3. Drywall and other suspended Ceilings
Mounting on Drywall or other suspended ceilings is only possible with a
substructure corresponding to the type of construction.
4. Other Options
The NOHrD Sling can be attached to even more places. Whether indoors, on a
sturdy beam or outdoors on a strong, sturdy branch. Simply loop the included
extension rope over the beam / branch (ensure sturdiness!) and fasten the sling
trainer with the carabiner.
The customer bears all responsibility for ensuring the product is securely
mounted and attached, before use.
