Finally, Andy wanted to say a few
more words. But because his mouth
was full of SUSHI, he wrote it down.
To be honest, my writing skills will never be
good enough for a book. So I will use this ma-
nual to immortalize myself. And maybe also
to get rid of a personal thank you.
Without the inspiring bike tours and long
summer nights in the workshop, when we
cobbled together the first prototype, there
would be no SUSHI BIKES
today. Thank you for your constant support in
every way, dad.
Thanks also to the rest of the family, of
course - and to my great-uncle, who built
racing bikes and thus motivated me to sell
more bikes than he did. ;-)
Of course, I would also like to thank Joko
Winterscheidt and all the mentors involved.
Without this team, you, who are reading this
guide right now, would probably never have
enjoyed SUSHI. The beautiful illustrations in
the assembly instructions were kindly drawn
by Chiara Hörz. Although she was busy with
school, we could count on her.
The page is now slowly filling up and I think
everyone who knows something about litera-
ture would appreciate it if I finally came to the
end. But there is one last thing:
