Troubleshooting

Problem
Hydraulic fluid is leaking.
More than 10 bar (145 psi) of nitrogen gas
leaks every 100 hours.
The breaker does not impact.
The breaker impacts erratically.
The breaker lacks power.
Possible Cause
1. An oil seal, O-ring, or backup ring is
worn or damaged.
2. The piston or cylinder has seized.
3. The tie rod nut, choke plug, or hose
adapter is loose.
